1. Kim satar, ödeme nasıl alınır?1. Who sells and how payment is taken

• Abonelik Apple App Store, Google Play veya Huawei AppGallery üzerinden satın alınır; ödemeyi ilgili mağaza tahsil eder. Kart bilgilerinizi ConnectVenn görmez ve saklamaz.Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery; the store collects payment. ConnectVenn never sees or stores your card details.
• Fiyat, para birimi, vergiler ve varsa deneme süresi satın alma ekranında açıkça gösterilir; onaylamadan ücret alınmaz.Price, currency, taxes and any trial period are shown clearly on the purchase screen; nothing is charged before you confirm.

2. Yenileme2. Renewal

• Abonelik, iptal etmediğiniz sürece seçtiğiniz dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir (aylık/yıllık).Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period (monthly/yearly).
• Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önce mağaza tarafından hesabınızdan çekilir; iptal için dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce işlem yapın.The renewal fee is charged by the store before the period ends; to cancel, act at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Google Play: Play Store › Profil › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler.Google Play: Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
• Huawei: AppGallery › Ben › Abonelikler.Huawei: AppGallery › Me › Subscriptions.
• İptal ettiğinizde ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar ConnectVenn+ avantajlarını kullanmaya devam edersiniz; sonraki dönem için ücret alınmaz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.After cancelling you keep ConnectVenn+ benefits until the end of the paid period and are not charged for the next one. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

4. İade4. Refunds

ConnectVenn cannot refund on a store's behalf but can help support your request.

5. Cayma hakkı (tüketici)5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Mesafeli sözleşmelerde (6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği; AB tüketici mevzuatı) 14 günlük cayma hakkı genel kuraldır. Ancak elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen dijital içerik/hizmetlerde, ifaya onayınızla başlanmışsa cayma hakkı kalkabilir veya sınırlanabilir. Satın alma sırasında ifanın hemen başlamasını onaylarsanız bu istisna uygulanır; mağazanın kendi iade kuralları ayrıca saklıdır.Under distance-selling rules (Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; EU consumer law) a 14-day withdrawal right is the general rule. However, for digital content/services supplied immediately, the right may lapse or be limited once performance has begun with your consent. If you confirm immediate performance at purchase this exception applies; the store's own refund rules remain unaffected.

• ConnectVenn+ hesabınıza bağlanır; "Satın alımı geri yükle" ile başka cihazda tekrar etkinleştirebilirsiniz.ConnectVenn+ is tied to your account; use Restore Purchases to re-activate on another device.
• Kural ihlali nedeniyle hesabın kapatılması durumunda kalan abonelik süresi için iade garanti edilmez.If an account is closed for rule violations, a refund of the remaining subscription period is not guaranteed.
• Hesabınızı silmeniz mağaza aboneliğini kendiliğinden iptal etmez; önce mağazadan iptal edin.Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription by itself; cancel in the store first.

7. Değişiklikler7. Changes

Paket içeriğini veya fiyatları değiştirebiliriz; mevcut dönem için önceden ödenmiş avantajlar korunur ve değişiklikler önceden duyurulur.We may change plan contents or prices; benefits already paid for the current period are preserved and changes are announced in advance.
